Read the Chinese conversation at source. On a stack that routes where others cannot.
Most Western brands meet Chinese consumer signal after it has been translated, summarised and aged by trade press. Two things change that, and neither is advisory work.
What changes when you operate here.
Signal, read at source
Xiaohongshu, Douyin and Tmall discourse ingested directly rather than through translated Western trade press. The gap between a shift appearing on Rednote and appearing in an English trade headline is where the commercial advantage sits, and it is measured in weeks.
Sovereign model routing
The orchestration layer already routes Chinese-sovereign models in production. Two buyers care: Chinese and Chinese-owned brands that cannot send data to US frontier models, and EU brands who want a non-US fallback in the stack for reasons that have nothing to do with China.
The market is a stack of decisions
Tmall or JD, seeding or live-commerce, Baidu or WeChat search, a Chinese name that lands, a GACC dossier that clears. These follow from the signal rather than from a deck, and they change every 618 and Singles Day cycle.
What this page does not claim
APAC is in the label because the nav groups it that way. The substance here is China. Japan, Korea and SEA are markets we can research on the same stack, but there is nothing published about them yet, and padding this page to match its own label would be the kind of claim the rest of the site was just cleaned of.

Neither of the two things that matter here is advisory. One is a research capability pointed at sources most Western operations cannot read; the other is the routing layer underneath it.
Trend, competitor, market and consumer research as a loop your team runs - not a report someone delivers.
